MINUTES OF SELECTMEN MEETING – JUNE 1, 2009 5:00 PM
Selectmen Present: Eric R. Munson, Jr., Steven DellaGiustina and Thomas Paine
Other Attendees: Robert Gery and Ralph Morrison
Discussed warrant for the debit exclusion with Robert Gery
Ralph Morrison was here to ask permission so that NE Utilities could run a power wire from the Town’s utility pole next to the compactor to his property. He is asking for an easement for this. Selectmen will ask Town Counsel for a ruling on this but the Selectmen felt that they would not have a problem with this.
Went thru the mail.
Signed all purchase orders except DPW’s for box. The Selectmen will look into this.
Voted in favor of raising fee for electrical inspection.
Signed payroll warrant.
